THE PLANTS OF SAUSSUREA

During your visit inside the Garden you will find small grey signs that will help you identify the plants present. On them you will find the name of the family, the genus, the species (and in some cases that of the subspecies), the vernacular name in Italian or the country of origin of exotic species.

Each placard has a different coloured sticker:

• YELLOW indicates domestic species;
• WHITE the exotic ones;
• RED the medicinal plants;
• RED WITH THE TEXAS the poisonous plants.
